Artist Statement
Christine is a British-Canadian artist working primarily in acrylic painting. Alongside her painting journey, she has had a lifelong career in the arts, which continues to inform her sensitivity to form, balance, and visual storytelling. Her work is inspired by images captured during her travels and shaped by a deep connection to the natural world.
She paints from the essence of landscapes, drawing on the shapes of mountains, the movement of water, and the textures of the land. The intention of her paintings is to evoke calm, offering the viewer a quiet moment of reflection and balance.
